FASHION TRENDS 2022

When it comes to fashion trends in 2022, it is hard to define the shapes and the
lines in a few words or in a few strokes since today practically everything goes and
all are welcome embracing the shape of our current world waves. Hoodies under
Blazers are a most combining the formal and the casual in one “mix and match”,
the idea came from the late 80's early 90's as transition from the jacket to the
“rapper” hoodie oversize and “flashy”.
Power Bohemian Flores are something everyone should have in their wardrobe,
flowers patterns come and go for decades since the 50's where the feminine touch
was exactly that FLOWERS!!! Anybody can see in Internet those dresses in bright
colors and different types of floral patterns very spring and summer when Elvis
Presley was the hot man on earth.
One trend which was not “remarkable” popular in the past was
“Color Clashing”,
unless you are trying really hard to catch people's attention. Putting
together 2-4 colors that don't match and still being fashionable is hard to
accomplish, however, the result can be fun and seriously crazy.
Tractor Trek-Sole Boots
came from the 90's when women were making choices
leaning to comfort and fun! Wearing those to the club was one of the amazing
things ladies ever did back then, no more high heels and no more suffering from
them.
Another trend is always welcome and reliable no matter which era we are living in
is what trendsetters are calling “Academia”, is a modern professional look to wear
in an office, meetings and job interviews and look great.
My favorite is the “Hot Goth”,
those sexy-black outfits are not for everyone, of
naturally, are in demand so this coming fall and the next winter will be the talk of the
town. Late 80's and early 90's this “dark” feminine concept came to stay
embracing the other side of every woman who once in a while wants to change her
look for something more creepy and sexy that perhaps may help her to discover
another unknown shade of her personality. Back in the days someone somehow
came with the idea to dress like Morticia and/or Lily Munster as well as some
comics out there.
From 1997 to mid 2000's the fashion was multicolored and kind of careless look
that perhaps Madona somehow introduced before became a thing. Today is called
Y2K fashion which Tik-Tokers are bringing back to mimic the end of the “Golden
Era” of Pop Music when Madona and Michael Jackson's music videos were the
talk of the town and the most inspiring. Teenagers in New York are already
adopting this trend and moving on!
I can't imagine how happy my grandmother will be knowing that crochet outfits
are back! This fashion is clearly from the 70's when the hippies were making their
own clothes using yarn in bright colors. This technique is combinable with fabric,
vinyl and even leather, however, this year is a must have for those trips to the
beach since crochet is multifaceted people will wear it in the workplace, shopping
and more! Crochet is fun, colorful and traditional with a long history throughout
decades since the “Disco era”.
Oversize Blazers are from the 80's, back then ladies use to wear them with
matching shorts, pants, long dresses and long skirts were acceptable at the office
and at the club alike extending the trending to the 90's, however, those fantastic
blazers were not invented in the 80's the “Pachucos” came with that in the 1940's
with the Jazz era still intact.

The Trench Coat
is not longer for men only this 2022 women will be wearing
with dresses or pants the key is to keep it traditional using traditional colors
like cream, beige, black or brown solid shades with not distinctive bright
accessories or fabrics.
The Boiler Suit is from the movie with Tom Cruise “ Top Gun” from 1986, he
looked sexy and handsome and incredibly charming! I am not sure how popular
for a straight woman the Boiler Suit may be taking into consideration that you have
to get undressed every time you use the ladies room. Let's face it guys can wear those
without taking the top part off because their bodies are created in a different way.
