The Javits Center recently held product trade show and wholesale market NY NOW, its first event since complete shutdown in 2020. While it was smaller in size and attendance than years past, many attendees and brands were excited to display what their companies have been developing. 


This year, many established exhibitors showed off their wares in dazzling displays, and a surprising number of budding companies just beginning to rise out of the pandemic’s ashes. All were eager to connect with US buyers to bring their products to a store near you nationwide. 


​Here are a few product highlights we really enjoyed:

Japanese company Sankyou Toys in tandem with Meekin’s Corp (Website) launched Jabber Balls, cute squishy squeezable toys modeled to look like animals. Their lines include an adorable piggy bank that shoots its tongue out at you when squeezed, peek-a-boo keychains, and an adorable duck that spits a water stream in the bath. 

NY NOW also hosted a Korean Pavillion. It was comprised of a large collection of Korean companies hoping for distribution in the US market. It featured brands like Art Atelier, a new home decor brand with original paintings for sale. Also included were nail companies, and beauty brands. 

Toy giant TY (Website) also had a large display, with various offerings of their classic identifiable stuffed toy line Beanie Babies. See more in the gallery below.

ArtNWordz ( Website) is an interesting take on combining found printed art and text. The designs are embellished with a variety of mediums and made into a variety of decorated items such as masks, re-useable bags, and some stand-out 
adorable pouches.
