​The Travel & Adventure Show came back to NYC! For two full days the showcase brought the best travel advisers and the best travel agencies to give to attendees a complete profile of each destination. The exhibit is 16 years old and has hosted over a 100 events connecting people around the world. We were invited to attend a special event where we got the opportunity to heard from the experts like Samantha Brown who is the host of the TV show “Places to Love'', she had been around for decades showing us the secrets of the most popular places around the globe and the secrets of many not so popular places hidden gems. She started in the travel business almost by accident when she was invited to host a TV show called “Great Vacations Homes” in 1999, then she moved to host “Girl meets Hawaii”. “Great Hotels”, “Passport to Europe”, “Passport to LatinoAmerica”, “Great Weekends”, “Green Getaways”, “Passport to China” and “Samantha Brown's Asia”. Her resume includes “Samantha Brown's Places to Love '' on PBS landing in 2018. During this interesting conversation on March 18th at the Javits Center she gave some very interesting advice and recommendations to attendees who somehow love to travel. Samantha has charisma and is down to earth with a large knowledge of travel tips and secrets she shared with us during her talk. She always gives a fresh look when it comes to real time advice not to mention her expertise makes the whole show worth watching. Also we learn more from Peter Greenberg from CBS News, as well as from Pauline Frommer who is a travel writer. During the session we learned that Covid-19 (and we all agreed) changed the name of the travel game, however, it did not change people's enthusiasm for traveling which is the most valuable element to start a vacation. We had the opportunity to chat with “Quest Dive Adventures” a company which provides amazing and fun packages for those who are experienced divers and also for those who are new and undecided. Also there was a small wine and cheese reception which needed some improvement. As New York was the host of this awesome show, it also had its present in it giving valuable information to explore Upstate New York which is a wonderful destination for all ages and budgets. The Travel & Adventures Show will come back next year with more companies to join and more interesting and fun things to do. NYC77Events will be there to inform you and share with you guys everything!
