Last summer I was in Midtown Manhattan attending a nice and fun reception at this rooftop watching the sunset drinking Silver Tequila El Cristiano mixed with pineapple juice, and a touch of lemon and cinnamon. Before the reception ended my friends and I decided to have some shots of El Cristiano, and enjoyed once again the pure strongness, but fan flavor of the Silver Tequila El Cristiano. You can have those summer nights too, and right now! The perfect summer-like drink is:
El Cristiano Silver 2 ½ ounces
2 slices of pineapple
5 sticks of cinnamon
1 ½ cups of water
Ice
Honey
Lemon to taste
(two hours prior boil the cinnamon in 1 ½ of water low fire for 10 min)
In a blender mix the pineapple with the cinnamon tea, and drain it extracting the pulp out. Put the mix back into the blender, and this time add the ice, honey to taste, and El Cristiano Silver. Served in two glasses adding lemon to taste. Mmmmm, enjoy!!!

4 ounces of anisette of your choice
ice and lemon
Either mix Tequila with anisette using a blender or just mixed by hand adding the ice. Serve in two glasses adding lemon to taste!
(Note; for this recipe, you can use El Cristiano Silver as well) It is sweet and tasty, however, is kind of strong so Go Easy with it!
