The Chefs'  Tribute
once again came to town this year raising funds to feed families and individuals in need. This remarkable event took place on
June 10th at Cipriani South Street
on a more than perfect evening with pleasant weather
This friendly fundraiser is a landmark and the most important tasting events that every year are taking place in New York City, bringing together young professionals, families, companies, friends, and food tasting enthusiasts.
Dozen of local restaurants participated showing their best dishes and cocktails as well. If you ever had the opportunity to attend a gala or event at Cipriani South Street you know this venue has four sections which are the following,
The Terrace, The Lounge, The Ballroom, and The Private Lounge all of them were open for this
event, and packed! Hundreds of attendees gathered to try delicious dishes and fun cocktails not to mention the delightful live music with familiar tunes from the 80's, 90's, among the best. The dance floor was clearly inviting people to show their best moves like 1987! Two bands were playing  simultaneously at The Ballroom and at The Private Lounge with exceptional ageless Latin music with a real Hispanic flavor. Speaking of flavor, the tasting was very
versatile and rich with flavors for everyone including some vegetarian and vegan menus proving, once again, that healthy eating is also fun and tasty. Desserts were present adding a nice touch to the table not to mention balance sweetness and deliciousness.
The sponsor liquors companies like Tito's Vodka and Tequila Herradura, brought excellent mixers to create amazing cocktails for guests to enjoyed during the evening, and for those who don't drink liquor there were non-alcoholic cocktails paired with the tasty food. To keep everyone
hydrated in every room were several water stations with Fiji water bottles. Wine lovers had the chance to try good quality domestic wine from California. Having a refreshing cocktail and watching the sunset at The Terrace was one of the many luxury features that people enjoyed the most at the
fundraiser. To remember this special and fun occasion a selfie machine was in place so people can have their picture taken and email it to themselves.

​addressed the audience giving a warm welcome to all reminding the main purpose of the tasting event. She shared important information about people
who are living in the richest country in the world and one of the richest cities in the USA like New York, and they do not know from where their next meal will come also mentioned families who live with less than $3.000 per year
struggling every day. Food is a basic human necessity that never has to be limited on the contrary having at least two meals per day should be covered no exceptions. Helping people in need and having fun at the same time is a blessing
and a privilege.
